The Tame Valley area represents the wards of Brinnington, Central Stockport, Reddish North & Reddish South

The Tame Valley Area has 2 separate Impact Groups - Reddish is one and Brinnington is another. Brinnington doesn't have an Impact budget as HANDS (Health & Neighbourhood Development Scheme) have funds to offer to community/voluntary groups. Brinnington Childrens Centre has a range of activities and not just for children! The list includes playgroups for 2-3 yr olds, crawlers & expolers for 1-2 year olds, tiny tots for under 12 months old, Relate Councilling free for anyone in Brinnington, anti natel clinics, appointments & drop ins, a toddler group, a mucky pups group for under 2 year olds, baby massage, massage therapy for adults - small charge, a toy library & a craft shop.
