Fun & Fitness at 50 Plus - Every Thursday at 2.00 pm in the Congregational Church Hall, Mersey Road, Heaton Mersey. Gentle exercise to music, then have a cuppa & a friendly chat. 2-50 per session - to assist with running costs. No prior registration necessary - just turn up & join in! Exercise sessions are taught by Extend, who are trained and insured in Movement To Music for the over 50's and less able people. Asian Heritage Centre - They have a range of activities from gentle exercise to relaxation therapies and from socialising to trips out. The activities are for the Asian community over 55 year olds. For more details contact Torkington Lodge - 456 7747.
